EXTREMELY low college gpa, can I still continue on with school or no?! somebody please PLEASE help me!! :(?

i have a really big issue. I went to a community college in my hometown and i took one class in the fall of 2009 and got a C and took about 3 classes in the spring and failed them all. Before I even started going to school there, I took this EMT course in high school and I tried getting out of it because I wasn’t really feeling it and plus the class was kind of hard and I couldn’t pass it. The teacher told me that I couldn’t get out of the class because the school paid for it, not me. So I turned the situation over to my high school principal and he said that if we wanted to get out of the class, than we would have to bring our parents up to the school so that we could for sure be taken out of the class… Well I did bring my mom to the school and all of a sudden he had a change of mind and said that we can’t get out of the class. So with that being a dual credit class, i ended up failing the class and it went straight to my college transcript to where whenever I started college, I would automatically be put on academic suspension. So i talked to the president of the college about my situation and he "claimed" that he took it off of my transcript so that I could sign up for my classes already. Well, in the Spring of 2010 i failed my classes that I took, and from there, my transcript said that I was on DOUBLE suspension, which means that the president LIED about taking the 1st suspension off of my transcript when I asked him if he took it off. BS much?. So i took a summer class in 2010 just to bump my gpa up, because with me failing my Spring classes, i had a cum gpa of .33 which is beyond horrible. So i talked to the president, ONCE again about the 1st suspension not being taken off, and he again said that he was going to take it off so that I could sign up for my Summer course(s). I aced my summer class with an A. Well I looked up my transcript online, on the college website, and my cum GPA is now a 1.00. still not good because the school, a community college, that I want to transfer to requires transfer students to have a GPA of at least 2.00. ALSO, on the transcript it said that I was STILL ON DOUBLE SUSPENSION! WTF!? My problem is that, I don’t live in that city anymore to where I can talk to the President AGAIN about me STILL being on Double Suspension. What do I do? :( This is so horrible, I have to go back to school and I don’t want to make it seem like Im dumb as hell, because Im not, it’s just that I lived in a stressful household and Im now on my own, well living with my boyfriend, and I have completely nothing and I don’t know where to begin :( someone please help me…

I want to build my own mountain bike by purchasing individual parts online. What is the best route to take?

My girl would crucify me if I spent a thousand + on a bike like I want to. I love working with things and thought this would be a interesting way to create my own bike. My only problem is I just got into mountain biking and obviously know very little about it. Any suggestions or previous experiences with this would be extremely helpful.

Do I need to buy a new front wheel for my mountain bike?

I am trail riding on a 2007 K2 Mountain bike with Rox Shox in the front. Im pretty much abusing this thing on the trails, going over logs, roots etc. I have already had my wheel balanced once, and the guy asked me what I hit. He said next time it goes out of balance that I should probably rebuild the wheel with new spokes. Will stronger spokes make a difference or should I just buy a stronger wheel altogether?
