You will want to match the subs to the amp.1600 watts rms per sub thats 800 watts per voice coil.at 4 ohms, 3200 is your peak power .so if your running 2 subs you would need an amp that will push 3200 watts rms at 4 oms.not a cheapie.u can also wire them to one ohm if the amp is stable,, to almost double the power amps usually run by 1 2 4 ohms .5 in some cases.4 say usually pushes 500rms 2ohm pushes 1000 AND 1 ohm pushes say 1800 watts rms read up on amps youll get it look at sub wireing diagrams there all over the net. you have 4 ohm subs so if u have an amp that can handle 1 ohm you can wire your subs to 1 ohm 1+1+1+1 =4ohms on DVC subs 2 subs
